VAHLE festoon systems support flat or round conductor cables and hoses for pneumatic and hydraulic applications to mobile equipment. The cable carriers are guided in C-tracks, diamond tracks or I-beams.
Our motor driven cable reels serve the industry for reliable electrictrification of equipment in motion, for automatic winding of flexible power- and control cables. They fully comply with international safety requirements.
VAHLE cable carriers support power cables and hoses (for pneumatic and hydraulic applications) to mobile equipment. The carriers travel on flat flange or sloped flange I-beams. They comply with VDE and international regulations and support both flat and round cables.
Considerations: Space is required for the cable loop and storage space for the trolleys, eventual cable and trolley wear. Refer to: Catalog 8a for standard duty systems Catalog 8b for heavy duty I-Beam systems Catalog 8c for special purpose environments, systems with tight curves
A cable tender is used for feeding hoists of OHT (Overhead Traveling) cranes, steel mill cranes, loading bridges, stacker cranes, container cranes etc. Electric cables, water hoses, compressed air hoses can be installed. Hoses for oxygen, ] fuel, gas, etc.
