These panels were developed to eliminate the need for special octopus cables, which are expensive to fabricate, can be unreliable due to their fragility and are awkward to install.
Technisys provides design and development engineering services, and the key is engineering design. Putting in the time and asking the right questions before committing to a design is key in developing a well thought out product development plan.
This product is designed to provide interface to unframed, high speed, serial binary streams at either STM-1 or E4 rates. Input can be either fiber optic or electrical, which is selected from a front panel switch.
