Electronic Metrology Laboratory, LLC (EML) was founded in April 1997 as a sub-chapter S corporation in Bowling Green, Kentucky by Sam A Isbell, Jr. and V. Scott Barlow. EML's business plan was to sell, repair and calibrate test and measurement equipment to the wireless communications industry.
