Criteria Labs will visually inspect die to commercial or military standards. Transistors and diodes are typically inspected to MIL-STD 750 methods 2072 & 2073; integrated circuits are inspected to MIL STD-883, method 2010A (space-level) or 2010B.

Development services are available for a full range of device types such as RF, Mixed Signal, Analog, Digital and Memory. Reliability and prototype production testing are also supported.
