Pages on Benz, Edwin H Co. Inc's website :

Benz Materials Testing Instruments is a trade name for Edwin H. Benz Co., Inc. Website designed and maintained by Streicker & Company Inc.

Benzwin 2000 Specific Gravity Test Software acquires test data, presents it in realtime graphical format and produces reports both graphically and in tables.

Reports can be graphic in the form of histograms which plot test results including deviation, memory, variation of tolerance, consistency, etc. Test data can easily be exported to other programs that accept comma delimited files with the click of a button.

Plasticity is determined by taking a sample of known size, preheating it to a predefined test temperature for a precise time, and then subjecting it to a compressive force of 5,000g. The resultant thickness is the plasticity.

The new Benz DIN Abrader accurately and consistently measures the abrasion resistance of cured rubber compounds, enabling quality control engineers, purchasing agents and researchers to compare and verify the durability of rubber compounds.
